StepWise 360 Update and Practice

The StepWise 360: Update and Practice is an advanced workshop for individuals who have previously completed a basic StepWise interviewing workshop (or an equivalent course).  It is designed to support and enhance effective interviewing skills for individuals who are relatively new to utilizing the StepWise, for those who are familiar with the StepWise but wanting more hands-on practice, or for those who were trained a long time ago and have not had the opportunity to practice in some time. It includes relevant research updates pertaining to forensic interviewing, with particular attention given to how it applies to the StepWise, and a question and answer period to address issues in implementing the StepWise in the field. An agenda for the workshop is created with the learners to ensure that the content is tailored to their needs. This format allows participants to learn from an array of past experiences, to troubleshoot current cases, and to become more proficient at adapting the StepWise to their future cases.
