CANCELLATION POLICY

A. The Forensic Practice reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop due to under-enrollment, instructor illness, or force majeure. If we cancel the training, we will refund your registration fees, or we can transfer those fees to a workshop offered at a future date instead, if requested. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by registrants.

B. If you cannot attend a workshop, you have these options:

1. Someone can attend the workshop in your place. We must receive email notification with the full name and email address of your substitute at least 3 business days prior to the start of the workshop.

2. Transfer your registration fees to a future workshop. We must receive your request by email at least 30 days prior to the start of the original workshop.

3. Cancel your registration for a refund, minus a $75 administration fee.

a) For a full refund, we must receive email notification more than 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.

b) For a 50% refund, we must receive email notification 15 to 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.

c) No refunds will be issued with 14 days notice or less.

C. Non-attendance is not grounds for a refund or credit transfer. Because this workshop is a highly interactive, involves team work, and is designed to build on each previous module, frequent or prolonged absences might lead to your removal from the workshop. Refunds will not be issued, but pro-rated credit transfers might be considered on a case by case basis.

D. Non-participation due to technical issues beyond our control are the responsibility of registrants. Therefore, please ensure that you have the technical capability to participate in the online workshop (access to Zoom, sufficient internet speed, etc.) and arrange for local technical support before you register.
