Shelbie Anderson, BA (Hons), MA

Research Associate / Training Associate

Shelbie Anderson obtained a degree in psychology at Memorial University of Newfoundland and a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology and Law at Simon Fraser University, where her research centered on memory, children, and the law—with a primary focus on interview strategies and techniques. Since she joined The Forensic Practice team in 2021, she has made significant contributions to workshop development, research updates, presentations and papers, and training. She is a skilled and knowledgeable presenter who is able to link research to the practice of interviewing. Dedicated to uplifting people, Shelbie currently works as a Client Services Officer/Legal Assistant at Legal Aid for the Newfoundland Government.
