The Sexual Offence Risk for Child Protection workshop provides learners with
foundational knowledge and skills on the assessment and management of individuals
who commit sexual offences in order to promote reliable and defensible risk
assessments in the field. It includes instruction on how to accurately use two of the
most widely used sexual violence risk assessment tools in Canada: The Stable 2007
and the Acute 2007.

• Offending patterns for contact and child sexual exploitation material offences
• Pathways to sexual offending
