The Forensic Practice reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control. If we must cancel, we will refund your registration fees or transfer the credit to a future workshop. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by registrants.

For a full refund, you must cancel your registration 30 days before the start of the workshop. After 30 days, you can transfer the credit to a future workshop. Non-attendance is not grounds for a refund or credit transfer. Registrants are responsible for their own technical ability to participate in online training (e.g., Zoom access, stable internet connection).
